RooX UIDM now supports the functionality of end-to-end web analytics

RooX UIDM now supports integration with the web analytics system. With this feature, RooX UIDM can enrich Google Analytics with the user journey data. The integration will be especially useful for end-to-end analysis of marketing campaigns aimed to attract new customers or applications. It will allow marketing departments to better analyze the engaged leads and avoid their duplicate accounting.
In some industries, registration of a new client requires more than just filling in contact data forms. Registration may be a multistaged business process with asynchronous checks. For example, banks can check their users in the Unified Identification and Authentication System to find out, if they are included in black lists (for example, whether a person is wanted by authorities, has not confirmed passport, or whether a company is under the liquidation procedure or has its license withdrawn).
Earlier, the end point of this user journey in the web analytics system was just clicking "Submit the application" button. It was impossible or labor-consuming to collect data of further application processing stages. Now you can use RooX UIDM to track all stages, as verification findings during registration and many other user events are recorded in the dedicated audit event database. In the course of integration, the anonymized event data associated with tracking identifiers are delivered to Google Analytics through the dedicated adapter. The web analytics system uses these data to build a complete conversion funnel. This is how RooX UIDM integration with web analytics systems allows to get more details about the user journey.
In addition to the user creation event, other events of the RooX UIDM audit system can be processed in a similar way.
